No, its a false positive, the fucking anti-virus dont like too much the cracks, so they mark them as a virus, and No, yo dont need to install, just go to apps folder and execute simcity4.exe

when promted for disc 2, winrar cant create autorun for sc4deluxe2.iso. and the sc4 install wont recognize the "2nd disc"

Thanks for the upload. Worked on Win7 x64 out of the box but had minor graphical issues initially.

Totally fixed the screen blinking / tearing by doing the following:

Right-Click shortcut to SimCity4.exe and open Properties. -> Go to compatibility tab -> Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select XP Service Pack 3. I also checked "Disable visual themes", not sure if it's necessary but it works. Just no widescreen support but it scales ok on a 22" wide
